3. Account Management
3.1 Login Credential Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. six6 gene is not responsible for any consequences arising from sharing this information with others or from a third party using your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Inactivity
If there is no transaction or betting activity for 180 consecutive days, the account may be marked as inactive. In this situation, we will notify you through your registered contact details.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawal funds must be sent to the same account from which the deposit was made. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.4 Ownership of Funds

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance becomes ৳3,000 — and to meet the wagering requirement you must place ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets.
5.2 Bonus Usage Rules
- An account can receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonus funds can be used to place bets, but winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- If real money is withdrawn from the account while a bonus is active, any unused bonus will be cancelled.
- There may be restrictions on using the bonus in certain games or betting categories — see the details of the relevant offer.
- If there is evidence of collecting bonuses through fraudulent means, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
5.3 Other Promotional Offers

6. Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
six6 gene reserves the right to accept, modify, or cancel any bet — particularly in cases of technical errors, incorrect pricing, or fraudulent activity. Bets placed at clearly incorrect or inconsistent odds are not acceptable.
6.2 Sports Betting
The settlement of betting results in cricket, football, and other sports will follow the relevant international rules. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. In live betting, if a connection is lost, the last confirmed position will be considered valid.
6.3 Casino Games
The results of all casino games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is stated in that game's information. No external interference in game results is possible, and any such attempt will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
6.4 Technical Issues
If a bet or game result remains undetermined due to a technical fault, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant bet and refund the original amount. No claim for additional compensation will be accepted in such cases.
